Managing a Mixed-Size Teamwear Order

Club orders rarely follow a simple size ratio. Junior players, adult players and staff may all require the same coordinated product in different quantities. For this project, the production plan and packing breakdown were organised around the club’s exact allocation rather than a standard factory ratio.

During production, the key controls included consistency of the burgundy colour, accurate grading across junior and adult sizes, waistband construction, panel alignment, stitching quality and final quantity checks for every size.

Production and Delivery

The order was placed on April 28 and shipped at the end of May. The approximately one-month schedule covered production, quality inspection, size sorting and packing. Each size quantity was checked against the confirmed order breakdown before shipment.
