2. Does XMT Sports offer OEM and ODM manufacturing?
Yes. XMT Sports provides OEM and ODM services for sportswear and streetwear, including product development, fabric sourcing, custom colors, logos, prints, labels, sampling and bulk production.
3. What is your MOQ for custom sportswear?
Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style and color for custom sportswear production. MOQ may vary for special fabrics, trims or development requirements. Please contact us with your design, quantity and specifications for confirmation.
4. How long does it take to make a sample?
Samples normally take around 7–10 days when suitable fabrics are available. Development time may vary depending on fabric sourcing, printing, embroidery and other customization requirements.
5. What is your bulk production lead time?
Bulk production normally takes around 60–75 days for new orders. The exact lead time depends on order quantity, materials, customization requirements and the production schedule.
6. Can you manufacture custom team uniforms?
Yes. We manufacture custom soccer jerseys and kits, rugby jerseys, basketball uniforms and other teamwear. Fabrics, colors, patterns, logos, player names and numbers can be customized according to the buyer’s requirements.
7. Do you manufacture private label streetwear?
Yes. We provide private label and ODM manufacturing for streetwear brands, including T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, shorts and pants. Custom fabrics, fits, washes, prints, embroidery, labels and packaging are available depending on the project.
8. How do you control product quality?
Our QC team follows samples and bulk orders throughout production. Quality control includes checking materials, workmanship, measurements and final products before shipment.
9. Does your factory have BSCI certification?
Yes. Our manufacturing facility is BSCI certified. Third-party testing and inspection can also be arranged with organizations such as SGS according to customer requirements.
10. Do you ship custom sportswear worldwide?
Yes. XMT Sports works with overseas brands, teams and wholesalers and can arrange international shipping for both samples and bulk orders.
